Kiruthika's love for the culinary world started as a child when she watched the cooks in her maternal and paternal home weave magic every day in the kitchen. She watched and learnt recipes passed down over generations of cooks while she took delight in cooking delicacies from all over the world.

Today, Kiruthika along with our experienced and professionally trained chefs, manages Hermit's Zingiber, bringing authentic South Indian flavors to Bhubaneswar. Whether it is serving food for hundreds of devotees or taking care of elite clients from all over the world, nothing leaves the kitchen without Kiruthika making sure everything hits the mark!
